History with Soccer
Since the age of 10, Garrett has played in over 40 competitive tournaments and his teams have placed in the top 3 in 31 of those events including as a guest player for both Boca United (a second place finish at ESPN – Disney Wide World of Sports) and at a showcase with Manhattan NY Asphalt Green.
Keeper Training and Workouts
Garrett’s keeper training is with Chris Cummings. Chris is the goalkeeper coach for the University of Central Florida’s woman's program, Jamaica women’s national team, and played at Rollins College. Garrett also trains with Peter Davis from La Liga Disney GK Director (ESPN); previously GK Coach at Montverde Academy and Mercer University. Garrett also actively trains at Cross Fit.
Unique Experiences
Garret has been to England twice to play against Rotherham, New Castle, Burnley, Stoke City and Maltby youth teams. His team was 2-3 on those trips and Garret had 2 clean sheets.

Garrett had 8 clean sheets and conceded a total of 8 goals for the season.
At one point in the season, Garrett amassed over 300+ consecutive minutes without surrendering a single goal.
In the District Playoffs, after a 2-2 tie and double overtime, Garrett stopped the first 2 penalty shots against rival Bishop Moore High School (a perennial soccer powerhouse) to advance.
This was the first time in Lake Highland soccer history the school recorded an undefeated regular season and the school was rated #1 in Florida State Rankings for several weeks.
Garrett was named Orlando Sentinel First Team Keeper, Central Florida.
